Review on BerniePortal by Roger Alexander

I’ve worked with BerniePortal since 2016. During that time, they've had a number of customers on their system and I have never experienced any downtime or service issues. The admin team is responsive, fast and efficient. They answer my calls/emails immediately and give me updates on anything I need to know about. The interface is simple and easy to use. Their customer service has been outstanding; however, they should consider offering some sort of discounts if you commit to long term contracts as it may discourage new clients from using them. If this were done, they could potentially make more money than charging higher prices at first. But, like everything else in life, there's no such thing as a free lunch!
