Just buy it! See photos and videos. I bought one and bought a second one upon arrival. I live in Florida and have two Maltese dogs. One overheating very easily at 9 pds and the other afraid of heights at 8 pds. You can combine the two for a little playpen :) The zippers seem solid, the material is nice - I think it should cost more! I wish embroidery was an option, but of course I'm redundant! It's too easy and I don't know how we worked before they showed up :) Pull the backpack straps as high as possible for your body so your furry baby sits higher on your back and doesn't bounce. booty when you go BUY IT!
