I've been having trouble breathing lately and am looking for self-diagnosis tools because I currently don't have insurance. This brand seems to make quality products for the healthcare industry so I decided to give this heart rate and health monitor a try. The device is quite thin, light and does not take up much space. Slightly longer than a pack of Doublemint chewing gum. The monitor and other supplied accessories look well thought out and processed. The stickers had a few areas where they curled up a bit but this didn't affect use and they held up great. I like this device because it is quite intuitive and gives you a lot of information about your personal health without having to constantly visit an expensive doctor. It also tracks everything in real-time throughout the day. You can use the app and save the results over time to compare how your health is improving. I mainly used the tracking software on the computer. But I also heard you can also use the phone app to track results. This will probably be my next step and I'll update this review later with my findings. For now I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to people looking for a way to self-monitor their heart health in more detail without breaking the bank.
