Avoid this particular model. It just won't work.

Bleeding the brakes with one hand seemed like a good idea. However, the block I received did not have a rubber fitting to attach to the brake bleeder valve. Rather, it had a rigid thermoplastic mount that couldn't be pressed against my American-made car. Rather than give up at this point, I tried removing that hard attachment and just pushing it directly against the brake bleeder with the hose attached. Then, with 120 psi of air from the 40-gallon supercharger, he still couldn't generate enough suction to pump the brake fluid out of the calipers. I even tried applying grease around the brake bleeder valve to eliminate a possible air gap. Maybe I received a defective device or this product is a copy of a working version.
