🔧 WIN.MAX Pneumatic Brake Fluid Bleeder with 4 Metal Adapters for Master Cylinder, 90-120 PSI, American Inlet Thread Type Review

I am a professional technician and automotive instructor. My vacuum brake broke and I took a chance using it for a temporary fix until I could buy a $300 vacuum. Now that I have him, I'm sticking with him. It works just as well as more expensive devices. The only downside is the size of the canister, but to save money I can empty it more often.

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because 1. the supplied fitting for the quick air connector does not fit (see picture), luckily I have extras. 2. Suction is minimal. I set the regulator to 100 lbs. It comes with a hook for hanging on the frame and the hose is long enough for the rubber boot that goes over the bleed screw. It worked great on my F150 and 2010 backup.

I tried using this and it didn't work. They collected some brake fluid and found the reservoir had a hole in it that looked like a poor quality seam. It made a mess. I tried to return to Revain but the item was never picked up. I didn't go into it too deeply as I obviously couldn't use it for my brakes and had other things to move to. Gave 2 stars because the master cylinder refill bottle was helpful.

Insufficient suction even at 90psi. The supplied air connector is oddly shaped and doesn't fit my air hose. The lever on the refill bottle is poorly designed: in the open position, the weight of the bottle rests on the lever, causing it to rest on the rim of the tank. Not suitable for brake lines with noticeable resistance. On my first order, a small hardware case was missing and had to be replaced.

I used this tool to bleed the clutch line after replacing the master cylinder. It sucks in a lot of air from the outside, so the flow of liquid in the tube was never bubble-free. I suspect it's because I opened the drain plug too far. They recommend a quarter turn. However, he bled the chain on the first try, so no complaints. Only 4 stars for the poor execution of the brake fluid reservoir. It should be bolted to the tank and not just lying precariously on it. I fell a few times.

Decent suction. I use it to pump out car fluids to reduce spills like coolant when I just remove part of the cooling system and it did what I was supposed to do. At $20 it was cheaper than the same thing on port charters as it was $32 there when I was about to buy. It's advertised as a brake bleeder and I'm sure it will fit, but I use a pressure bleeder on the master cylinder so I can't comment on how it performs for the use advertised, but it seems to have enough suction to get the job done…
