Rely on Pyrex for bakers and casseroles

In the summer we often invite family and friends over for a hearty meal in our lake cabin! This particular dish is perfect for cakes, casseroles and egg recipes. Attractive enough to be placed on stands on the table, it is safe and reliable in the oven and does well in the freezer too. Soaking the shell in Dawn's solution overnight will remove almost all residue; I usually use SoftScrub to clean anything stubborn, but Bartender's Friend was also recommended to me.
