These mask extenders came as a pack 0f 5 and are easy enough to use. If all you want is a better fit while wearing a mask that might not fit quite right, these may be perfect for you. I'm a small adult who was looking to reduce slippage, pulling and pressure on the ears when talking or simply wearing a mask for long periods. These extenders do that by simply stretching the mask over the wearers face. The plastic extenders do not give so adjustment can get tricky if your first try isn't prefect. Layering, if so desired, can become a tangle of ear pain too. As a start, they were not bad for me, but if you to put a mask on quickly, these extenders may take practice.
