I love this little fan! I bought it for my desktop and it's perfect. It is powered by a USB cable that plugs into a computer monitor. You can also put an adapter cube (not included) on it and connect it to the wall. The fan noise is a bit louder than expected, but I got used to it very quickly and now it doesn't bother me anymore. The wind speed is great! Sometimes it's too strong and I get cold and have to turn it off, but it's just what I wanted when my office gets warm and I need a gentle breeze to cool me down while I work. The best part is that it comes with a small sticky pad that attaches to the base of the fan and then to whatever surface you stick it to. It's really strong, but it can be peeled off and moved to another place, it takes a little effort, but it's good because it sticks easily and the fan doesn't move. The fan head pivots up and down and side to side for positioning. Also a plus. I gave 4 stars because of some noise but I am definitely happy with my purchase and would recommend it to other buyers.
