A few tips for anyone considering this scale: A couple of things that struck me right away - once you've tared a container, don't remove it from the scale when using it to weigh ingredients. This scale is particularly finicky, so make sure you're using a flat surface and don't touch the scale at all, or you'll get +/-5 variations in your measurements. I will use mine to measure ml. I am happy with the results after weighing 250ml of water in 4 different glasses and getting the same measurements within +/- 1.
