I buy things like ground beef in bulk and bag them up for storage. These scales help me get a more accurate weight than the ones I use. It's lightweight, easy to read and its small size means it can be stored almost anywhere.

I use this to measure liquid hair dye before coloring. It's so easy to have the Tara option - I made sure it was there before I bought it. It was fairly accurate for what I use it for, although I'm unsure of the accuracy of very precise measurements like grams. I've only used it a couple of times and so far it's doing exactly what I need it to, so no complaints so far.

This is not as accurate as I would like. It could be 3.1 ounces of lye and I would put a significant amount of lies in my weighing cup and it would suddenly jump 0.5 ounces. Not the best option when working with chemicals or precision jaws. However, the problem is solved by lifting the container and sending it back. This breaks the reliability of the measurement, but is still more accurate than allowing for large jumps.

This scale is practically useless as a kitchen scale. I weighed the coffee beans expecting to get 15g, I initially added 12g and only wanted to add a few beans at a time to get 15g. Well, the scale didn't register the added beans, so it stayed at 12g. I added all the discarded beans and it accumulated to 20g. I could probably go to 1000g and still only have 12g. This scale is useless if you keep adding more than 4g at a time.

For what I paid, that's enough. A few tips for anyone considering this scale: A couple of things that struck me right away - once you've tared a container, don't remove it from the scale when using it to weigh ingredients. This scale is particularly finicky, so make sure you're using a flat surface and don't touch the scale at all, or you'll get +/-5 variations in your measurements. I will use mine to measure ml. I wouldn't call it a precision tool. I bought it to replace the analog scale which wasn't very accurate. What I received was the digital equivalent. For example: when weighing yeast, I came up with 6 grams very quickly. Then it seemed to me that reaching 7 was overkill. As soon as I did that, the scale jumped to 9 grams. I bought this because of the good reviews and Fakespot gave it a good review too. It turns on and goes from -52G to -80, then jumps somewhere between -72 or so and -81. Nothing changes when I put something on the scale. When I press the unit button, 2000G flashes.
