My son is at school and complains about back pain. He added a lumbar pillow to his chair, but I sent him that too so he could straighten his back. It's easy to set up and use, it's pretty light and comfortable. He uses it for about 10 minutes at a time and he says it helps. Recommended. I have a stronger one at home, but you can pack it in a suitcase or something if you need it. It is definitely more comfortable to wear and works just as well as the others.
