The most disgusting thing I've ever eaten in my entire life.
And I'm the guy who rolls my eyes when picky babies complain about the bad taste of protein powder. I can endure a lot. How does the material taste? How do you think ground beef powder will taste when you add water? That's exactly how it tastes. It's absolutely awful. However, there are many people in this world who need protein powder and cannot deviate from the AIP protocol. So if you have a strong stomach and the wrong taste buds, this thing is probably for you. I am embarrassed to give this review as this product serves an important purpose. But it just tastes really disgusting.
