Review on Cuisinart Brushed Stainless Steel SP-4 Rechargeable Electric Salt & Pepper Mill Set - Newest Model by Juzer Rashid

I purchased this item excited to finally have a mechanical coffee grinder. It arrived and worked great, then after 2 weeks it stopped charging one of the grinders. I have contacted the manufacturer as part of the 3 year warranty that came in the box to let them know the product has been discontinued and they are out of spares and I need to contact the seller to replace a grinder , but after two weeks I got rid of the box and it worked initially. So now I'm stuck with a broken item that I spent a decent amount of money on while looking at the item myself and had no solution. Unfortunately, the space allotted for a detailed description of the return or exchange problem is very limited. I have no idea if this seller will even try to reply. Very disappointed in the brand and the product.
