A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

So far, I haven't noticed any negatives. In general, I'm happy as an elephant with the Nikon Z50. Got pros: The most important advantage for me is the compact body of this camera with excellent ergonomics for its size. With the 16-50/3.5-6.3 VR lens that I came with, the camera still retains its compact size (fits easily in my crossbody). At the same time, the body itself is made of magnesium alloy, which inspires confidence (nothing rumbles and does not strive to fall off) to complete the picture, the inscription "Made in the USSR" is missing. In addition to the 16-50 lens, only the 50-250 / 4.5-6.3 VR lens is currently sold (including full-frame optics), however, as a consultant at the Nikon company store explained to me, through the adapter that I came with, you can use over 350 F-mount lenses. The quality of photos for a matrix with a crop of 1.5 is good, the photos taken in the evening are most surprising, there is no noise up to ISO 6400, the highest value that can be set is 204 800 ! Not even every full-frame camera has this value (as my grandfather used to say, "Is this even legal?"). In general, there can be no complaints about shooting with a lack of light. Control via the touch screen is very convenient, especially compared to my old, but still favorite DSLR. The memory card is an ordinary SD, the trend with XQD format cards, fortunately, did not get to this camera, in principle, it is here and is useless, because. the resolution here is not 45 MP. The video writes in good quality, which I didn’t expect from Nikon (the emphasis was on the photo before) very well, I haven’t tried to mount the source materials yet, but the natural color reproduction and video quality cannot but rejoice. Some cons: There is only one problem - this is the battery (although those who are not used to taking about 1000 or more frames on SLRs from one charge will not notice this). Although this problem is solved by purchasing an additional battery.
