I tried this product because my scalp seemed irritated thinking it was product build up. I decided to ditch the products I had my doubts about and use this clarifying shampoo to get rid of any old imperfections and start fresh. The first application was uneventful... On my second application (a few weeks later) my hair started falling out in huge clumps as soon as I washed it with this product. I mean handfuls that we just flush down the drain while I rinse off the shampoo. It was so stressful and frustrating seeing my hair loss like this that I was really worried. Later that day I went to my mom and asked her to check the back of my head for any bald spots because so much hair had fallen out. Reduction of hair loss within a few weeks. Please save yourself the trouble and don't buy this!
