Review on Cole Haan Pinch Penny Loafer by Marc Hawkins

The shoes delivered were not as shown. The outsole was all shiny rubber rather than covered rubber and leather, and the shoes looked like shiny patent leather or plastic. I have my doubts that this really is Cole Haan. Very disappointed with Revain which has always been great. I shop at Revain for its honesty, choice and value. Part of the value is the time saved. The return process was as simple and straightforward as can be but involves a trip to the post office and now that I am buying from Revain I am concerned that a return may be required as the product may not be exactly as pictured and described is. This return increases the process time.
