According to my experience, this tabletop vegetable slicer is a complete wastage of money for any industrial and scientific kitchen... Although ITS detachable it barely saves any space. Moreover, it takes ages to cut vegetables due to its dull blades and small cutting area. The only good thing about it is that it's easy to clean. Overall, not recommended for professional use..
