Bought last week. It took 3 days to finally ship but once shipped it arrived the next day. came home and saw a beautiful red Injen box that needed to be installed in the same second. It took me 4 hours to install it on my 98 Jetta. but that was only because I was ill and had no strength. Also, I double checked everything when I left. in terms of performance, my jetta has a little more buzz. I like the deep, smooth sound it makes past 2500 rpm. The car definitely sounds louder. and bolder. The only problem I have is the metal case. while I was attaching the sensor to it, the drill holes weren't spaced far enough and the included screws only fit on one side. I had to improvise and use a smaller screw. furthermore, there was no mention of closing the smaller reservoir valve. So I bought a small valve plug to close it. All in all it was a fun experience. If you've never touched a car in your life, I wouldn't recommend it. Directions will keep you on the right path, but the rest is up to you to figure out. The part requires you to use quite a few spare parts. So be careful when you take them off and put on the intake. I almost broke a few standard pieces trying to rip them off so be very careful. The price is expensive, but that's because it's brand name and brand new. except for the price and the factory defect I had. I love it. Sounds cool, my Jetta buzzes more and all my friends are super jealous! My only concern is that I live in California and I'm not 100% sure it's legal! It has a CARB sticker as it should be.
