Easy to install and use all factory fasteners!

I was sent the wrong listing but the issue was quickly resolved, correct part received in 2 days. Installation took about 2 hours. Actually, there are no parts marked with numbers. The sound is a little deeper! Couldn't drive when it snowed in Ohio. Can't wait to get it on the road!

Impressive: Replacement parts

All I can say is WOW K&N makes a great product. I installed this air intake kit on my 2008 Mustang GT and it was very easy to install, took about half an hour. What a great purchase. Thanks to all. K&N 63-2565 Air Blower Intake Kit

Looks good for parts

Installed a 2008 Mustang GT with Trinity 1000 and FlowMasters rear axle kit. It took just over 30 minutes from crate to car. No noticeable difference up to 5800 rpm. and by that I mean if you drive at a decent 45-60mph and then decide to drive. Kicking the pedal to the ground now has the added effect of nudging you back into place. I don't think this is the best way to level up Hole Shot if you're involved in drag racing. More like a poor man's NOS.

K&N 63-2565 - Air Intake

As mentioned, the instructions leave a lot to be desired. You'll receive minimal hardware instructions, so look at the assembly diagram (with a magnifying glass) to see which specific bolt and nut goes where. I started installing at 10:30 am and at 12:20 pm I was already testing. Including a short lunch break. It seems that the engine is easier to breathe and picks up speed faster. Tight pants. I am very satisfied and absolutely satisfied. Sounds great with my GT500KR exhaust!

Lord Jesus Christ. I spent half a day pasting it myself and it wasn't easy because the instructions are acceptable at best. But I'll tell you what! The sound it produces and the extra power it delivers are worth the wait. I stupidly installed an airflow sensor in reverse and my GT wouldn't start. A quick call to K&N got me up and running. It's too early to tell if this will get me the fuel economy I want, but I'm sure if you stay away from it you'll be spot on. 10/10 K&N
