Stencils aren't really stencils

I ordered these for my baby shower as I thought the stencils were reusable/plastic...but they are separating from the sticker stencils. I don't think I will be using the stencils because they are so fragile. I wanted the kids to decorate the trash can for my daughter but I feel like the sticker stencils will go bad immediately. Good quality bib.
