Beautiful and easy to upgrade

This is what I was looking for and it does the job. However, the padding on the top that rests on the table is very slippery. - like a backrest but doesn't stick even to very smooth table surfaces so it knocks off the table too easily, seems fixable if the backrest is thicker or more textured.
