It's ergonomically designed with a comfortable grip that doesn't easily slip out of my palm like the various other gua sha tools I've used. It has a highly functional design that allows it to be used effectively on different muscle types. For example, it has a long blade that effectively cleans large muscles like the quads and glutes, while a shorter blade effectively cleans smaller muscles like the forearms.
