I can't fault this USB C/A drive. I like the plastic version except that it feels a little flimsy on the USB-A side, but the metal version is solid, heavy and I'm not worried about it wearing out over time. Very fast transfer speed, very small profile (USB-A port width and nothing else), easily fits next to other drives/cables on the back of Mac mini. I like everything about it. Even the hinged lid is better: the plastic version is easy to move, while the metal version is much firmer, which is useful when pushing or pulling into the USB-C port, as that might require a bit more force. I formatted as exFat and use it interchangeably between Windows 10, Mac, Raspberry Pi OS (sudo apt install exfat-fuse exfat-utils) and iPad Pro. All USB drives get hot when in use, some people complain about that, but I've never seen a SanDisk drive get hot enough to burn, it's just nice and warm in your pocket. I plan to buy a few more.
