You Might Need To Use A Different AC Adapter

The AC adapter, that was included, wouldn’t stay connected to the massage cushion’s cord.
After 20 minutes of struggle, I used an AC adapter from a massager I no longer use and fortunately, that worked perfectly. The AC adapter that was included, only worked if I held the two ends together.
