Error loading media. I got this to try and help with some of the back pain I was having. It's easy to charge and set up, and there are 6 different attachments designed for different areas. For the back, I tried the flat head and the round ball head. I started at level 1 and worked my way up. It helped me a bit, but it's hard to get at your back. I had to help my husband. I wish there was an easier way to adjust the pressure, like a little button on the side.
