Review on Norpro 780 Honey Syrup Dispenser by Brittany Ross

Let me just say these dispensers are the best on the market. We keep bees, so we use LOTS of honey. To prevent raw honey from crystallizing, it is best to remove ladles, spoons and knives from the jar. Every time you add something to honey, you're adding particles that speed up the crystallization process. These Norpro dispensers are perfect. Some people say they are difficult to fill. I have to completely disagree. You need to plan ahead and not just pull the plug and watch the honey spill all over the floor. I mean seriously guys? 1) Open the honey jar you will use to refill the dispenser and place the lid upside down on the counter. 2) Take the Norpro dispenser with one hand and place your finger on the bottom to block the flow (keep your finger there). 3) With the other hand, loosen the dispenser cap and pull out the plug. 4) Place a stopper on the lid of the jar to allow the honey to drain into the lid. 5) Take a jar of honey and pour honey into the dispenser. 6) Insert the honey jar, take the lid of the dispenser, put the cork back into the dispenser and screw it back on. You can NOW remove your finger from the bottom of the dispenser. Really not difficult.
