The ease of use, it's user friendly interface and its ability to create an event as soon as you have created one in the system. I dislike how they don't include any kind of training material so if there are questions I have about using their product I am forced to ask someone else which takes longer than just researching online. We've been able to cut down time spent waiting at our front desk by creating events in advance (before guests arrive) and then having them checked in automatically. It's simple, easy user interface with lots of additional features like room configuration etc., which makes it ideal even if you are not IT savvy person!
