I was looking for a lighter version of the much heavier versions of similar brushes on the market. That's it. The brush is so effective it dried my hair on a low setting in no time! Then I switched to medium settings, not disturbing at all in my opinion. The amount of warm air it blows is comfortable yet warm enough to straighten hair without burning hands/skin/hair. It comes with a sturdy storage case. It doesn't smell burnt, the handle doesn't overheat. I also love the design, it feels so natural it felt like I was just brushing my hair. My hair falls into categories in the photos shown by the seller; My goal was to make my hair look natural and presentable/ready for my work day. I didn't get that with this brush. Buy it, I'm tempted to buy another to have a spare. Perfect Christmas gift too.
