Please note there are 14 inserts in 1 pack. 1 pack contains 4 packs (total 56 inserts). The description on the website shows 2 packs, but you are buying one pack. If you buy 4 packs, you will get 1 pack (as the picture shows, but you only get 1). If you buy 12 sets you will receive 3 packs (4 packs each). At first I thought "package" means I get 4 packages. If you buy 12 packs (in 3 packs), each side will cost about 25 cents. If you change your earbud daily, it costs $92 per year (25 cents x 365).
