Review on Architec Gripperwood Cutting Non Slip Gripper by Stuart Rasmussen

I have just received this cutting board and in my photo you can see the size comparison next to the stove! It's huge. I wasn't expecting such a high fee, but it's nice to have more space. The wood is of amazing quality, you can tell by the weight of the board. It also looks finished so water doesn't seem to seep in when washed - very good compared to other bamboo boards I've warped from water use. There are also grippers on the underside that also help dry the board. Overall I'd say it's a solid buy for the price - my favorite part is still the texture of the wood - it's amazing!
