I don't understand why coasters like this aren't the norm. The suction cup monsters almost always failed or covered most of the windshield. IT, on the other hand, is discreet, secure, simple and affordable. I've been using this thing for almost a year now. The scorching summer heat and frigid winter conditions had literally no effect on its functionality, nor on the titanic grip of my dashboard. Footprints - Minimal footprint - Easy phone insertion/removal (I know there's no point in grabbing it, but that's the closest thing to magic I have) - Reusable! Just clean it with warm, soapy water, let it dry (to avoid towel residue), give the landing area a thorough clean, and this thing sticks like glue. Robust one-piece construction. Affordable price. Cons: Attracts some dust. - The two front ribs that grip the phone sometimes cover the buttons, but because they're so soft you can bypass them by sliding them sideways in the same motion. It's really worth it.
