An early VR user with the original Oculus Rift and now Valve Index and Oculus Quest, the Quest lacked comfort and seriously lacked sound. The VIVE Deluxe Audio Strap solved both problems for the Quest, and it fits like it was made for it. With a retail price of $100, this is definitely a welcome addition as it will greatly increase the fun of the quest. If they're out of stock I wouldn't advise paying speculative prices and just looking for what it is, but beware if they come back and jump at that $100 price point. I printed a few adapters and made name tags as shown in the images to complete the setup (both are available on the Thingaverse website) but they are not required as there are other options for attaching the audio strap using simple velcro .
