I stopped using the iron because I could never get the results I wanted. I have medium length wavy hair. I've tried big brands like Chi and always returned the straightener because it either pulled on my hair or didn't straighten it enough. I try not to use too much heat as it is bad for my hair. So having a tool that works well without too much heat is extremely important to me. Here it is. I didn't have to use it at the highest temperature for it to do its job well. I am very happy with how this straightener is working on my hair. He made it smooth, straight, silky and shiny. Everyone asked me if I did anything to my hair because it looked so shiny and healthy. I also liked that the ends are longer than regular straighteners. It helps with grip as I'm not afraid of burning my fingers. It is also perfect for curling hair. Overall great product! I will not return it like many other irons!
