silicone keyboard cover too big
The keyboard cover doesn’t fit - I have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro with cd-dvd drive model A1287 - and as you can see in the photo it’s just millimeters off and causes the cover to buckle in the middle at the space bar.
The case is good enough and will probably keep me from returning. But I’m disappointed by the keyboard cover when it explicitly says it fits this model.
- Made my older unit appear new again.
- The hard shell case may prevent the MacBook Pro from fitting in some backpacks or sleeves
