When I received the case it looked exactly as ordered and arrived on time. It is suitable for Samsung S10+ and perfectly waterproof. However, when using the fingerprint scanner, be sure to remove the small sticker from the inside and see if there is anything on it. If there is even a small hair, it will interfere with the phone's fingerprint recognition. Just make sure the fingerprint sensor area is clean and hold the area firmly as you put the case back on to prevent air from getting in. Also this case was really good and I love it.
