The tool has an amazing algorithm which can detect customer behavior, patterns of stay at hotel etc to give suggestions or offer products even before they ask for it! I like its ability to reach out/connect with more guests than any other tools we've used in our team so far (including OTA's).
Their approach towards AI makes my head spin sometimes but overall i think this software will help us deliver better experiences across all channels & geos as well - be useful beyond just booking stays only!! One such example was when there were some issues during checkin time while staying at one property. Our front desk agent took care of them immediately without having me involved since he understood what happened right away using his knowledge about previous bookings made through oaky platform itself during same trip last year.
