The seller has provided updated firmware that allows you to configure the device to route calls through the phone's bluetooth. In my testing, this eliminates echoes and offers wireless connectivity with the reliability of a wired connection. The seller will also replace the USB audio device under warranty. If the replacement works properly, it's a five star item. It offers Carplay, which I have come to rely on. The main unit works well when using a USB connection. Wireless CarPlay reproduces another caller so strongly that it cannot be used. So the best way to use this is to use wired carplay and use MB Bluetooth for calls. The USB audio adapter is the weak link. Mine requires constant connection and disconnection for detection. Troubleshooting did not bring any solutions. Eventually, the plastic case on the USB audio device came off leaving me with a bare circuit board, but it still works.
