Review on Vibram Vi-b Women's Cross-Trainer Shoe by Amber Anderson

Like a toe massage.

The shoes are a little uncomfortable at first. Getting your toes to go into separate toe pads isn't easy, but once you get them in properly, they're pretty comfortable. There is a learning curve and I think you need to get used to how it feels to have your toes separated this way. I want to use them for yoga and also kayaking. It's better than going barefoot, but with little protection for the soles of your feet. They recommend only wearing them for short periods of time until you get used to it, and I support that recommendation. They will actually strengthen your leg and when I do yoga I find it gives me enough stability to make my poses more efficient. I really like these shoes a lot.
