Does the job

Good size, fits in my Bananafish pump bag with Spectra pump in main compartment. The breast milk bags stayed cold, although the fridge itself was very cold and you could feel it through the bag (whether that's an indication of frost loss I don't know). I didn't test it for more than 4 hours but the cooler did what it was supposed to do.
