I bought it because of the special water bottle holder. I'm not a runner, I just need to drink water. It holds my 12 ounces perfectly and the elastic at the top keeps it secure. The case is too small for my Note 8 even without a case. I keep it in a smaller zipped pocket on my right hip, I've attached a ring and strap to my bag so it won't get far even if it falls out. Are we talking about size? I have a 42" waist and 50" hips, I wasn't sure if this would fit. It hardly fits. But the elastic lays flat and not uncomfortable over my pants so I left it. If you're taller than me, forget it! It MUST be made more stretchy to fit all sizes if people. It looks like it would slide for a kid or Asian.
