As long as the little black piece inside stays attached, it works fine
Worked great for a few weeks but then a small piece fell out and was dead. It gets pretty hot and I had to use a USB extension cable to get enough cooling Powered down USB 2.0 hub. Edit: Smooth replacement for a fully working device, so it should return more stars. However, it should not randomly drop pieces.
