Their service is great, they are responsive and easy to work along with. They know all social platforms and their products is also great. The only thing which is not great is their customer support. I would still prefer them as their customer service is excellent too. If you have any issues with using SOCIOLUS, please feel free to approach them. I feel it's a great platform that helps us in making our marketing more efficient and effective. I recommend you to use their service. We use SOCIOLUS for our Branding. Their services have helped us to reach out to people and bring our company to an international level. I like that this software allows you to customize your data fields for your type of business. I think it would be helpful if there was an option to search by keywords, rather than manually searching each time. This is also very easy to use so there isn't much to dislike! There really isn't anything to dislike about this product at this time. Sociolus has been a great help with managing my social media accounts. All of my posts are going out when scheduled.
