Good thermocouple
Excellent K-type thermocouple. I am currently using it as a meat thermometer in an Arduino and Raspberry Pi based remote temperature sensor. This probe is excellent for the application. The 3mm diameter is small enough to glue a piece of meat well and seems accurate enough.
