I ordered this as a small dresser for my daughters’ room. It arrived on time, but in a box that had clearly not been handled with care, albeit heavier than I was expecting. One particularly large gash in the box revealed a small, dime-sized blemish on the very top piece of the dresser, but everything else was well-packed & damage-free. Assembly was as expected with Chinese MDF furniture - instructions were rather hard to follow & I had to study the pictures & take pieces apart several times to get it right. Took me 2-3 hrs to complete. Finished product is decent quality, drawers align & slide well, it’s slightly wobbly on a hard floor but reasonably sturdy considering the leg style. I ended up switching out the black knobs for some cute rose pulls to match the rest of my daughters’ decor. When I contacted customer service about the ding on the top of the dresser & requested a new piece be sent out, they instead offered a $20 refund & explained that it’s difficult to send out replacement pieces. I took the refund because it’s a very small blemish & my kid is pretty reckless so I’m sure that’s not the worst that will happen to this dresser 🤦🏻‍♀️ Although, I would’ve liked to have had a flawless piece for the time I put into building it 🤷🏻‍♀️
