So this ball has been a game changer, being 26 weeks pregnant with pelvis and hip issues a very common issue for us pregnant women, researching what can ease the pain and running into this ball and it actually works wow, like this has actually made life alot easier, wish I would have found sooner, it relieves my pain almost instantly, I spend about 10 minutes at time and use about 4 times a day or when needed it really works. The ball is very very durable I feel safe on it , it was fairly easy to air up, it took us about 10 minutes. I also love the addition of the bottle which I tested and mine work perfectly it didn't leak!
