Strips of good length and uniform colour. Tests with HCl and NaOH show that both Red and Blue work well as advertised. The information on the packaging on how the color change is triggered is a useful reminder for non-chemists. The product can be improved in two ways. In addition to the tight plastic lid, a small desiccant disk in the lid or on the bottom also helps to keep the strips dry. It would also be helpful to state on the packaging that the color change can be reversed by adding a solution of the opposite pH.
