I love how easy it is to create new campaigns with multiple variables that have been pre-selected by our team! The customer service has also helped us get through any issues or questions quickly when needed - they are always available via email/phone call if need be!! We were able to use this in conjunction of an existing CRM solution but would highly recommend having your own dedicated platform as well so there isn't data duplication between platforms (as some other companies might do). Easily tracking leads from website visits into their respective stages within Salesforce which was helpful seeing where opportunities could potentially go next based off previous interactions made online vs phone calls etc..
