Review on 🔧 Enhanced Trunk Lid Release Cable (Dorman 912-301) for Toyota Models - Ideal for Select Models by John Langdon

After receiving an offer from a Toyota dealer I decided to try installing a trunk release cable on a Toyota Camry. This cable fitted a 2009 Toyota Camry almost perfectly. I couldn't tell any difference between the original trigger cable and the Dorman cable. I spent a little over two hours installing the cable. It would have been less time but I had to change the endings. I couldn't open the trunk on the first try. I removed the cable, flipped it over and was able to open the trunk. After all this was done I know how to uninstall and install some components and I saved over $300. Also note that the You Tube videos on how to repair the trunk release cable are wrong.
