Disappointing Performance from Bamboo Cutting Board
Based on my observations, the Artaste 28744 Bamboo Cutting Flexible does not perform well. The board is too flimsy and moves around while cutting. However, it is eco-friendly and made from sustainable materials. Unfortunately, this does not make up for its improper functionality .Overall I would not recommend this product for serious cooks or anyone looking for a durable cutting board..
- Durable and eco-friendly due to being made of bamboo.
- May warp when exposed to excessive moisture.
