Here's what I wrote when I first ordered the blue bag: "I ordered royal blue and didn't like the color. Unlike the photo, this is a bright electric blue. and I think it looks cheap. I like the overall size and the two compartments that help organize things better. The size is perfect for my everyday use." I was surprised to receive an email from the company because they were concerned that I didn't like the color. They offered to replace the bag with a different color, although I did not explain that I intend to return the blue bag.They sent me a black bag free of charge and did not ask me to return the blue one.This customer service exceeds my expectations.I would buy from this company again without hesitation.
